Not much to say, I would only mention that when I was brought on it was a little agitating that there wasn't specific training for my department so we had to do training as though we were going into member services. Which was beneficial in the sense that we were able to learn the systems used and this being my first healthcare job, I was able to learn a lot about Medicare in general. But the trainings on new processes has certainly gotten better so I am sure the new hire training may be more focused depending on the department you're going into. Regardless, if you're a "hands-on" type of learner and adapt quickly such as myself.... you will be just fine!
