Pros

Not one damn thing at all.

Recruiters are not managers and the majority of them have no idea what they are doing and terrible at answering questions and just make up responses. The company should have an open door policy and needs to know the exact management structure for who to contact, I don't even know who HR is and was told I couldn't contact them directly must go through a recruiter with my concerns! and even when I did that I was never a CC on the email and had to trust the response of a recruiter. Sometimes we are home for months with no work and you expect it to be okay after giving false promises of being gone all the time making tons of money. No 401k match? Arguments over expenses that are legitimate. Daily pay is absolutely horrible idea in general, but especially for for 12-16 hour days. We are expected to travel for free with no pay when corporate employees are on hourly/salary pay all the time with overtime. Requiring receipts for anything under $25 when client doesn't is stupid. We didn't even have enough time to do our reports as it was and if we did it was done for free. The way receipts are submitted is via email where you have to crop out photos and align them just right. If its too big the file wont send and you have to cut things out its denied, or if it was sent half the time it was "never received" or late so will go on next expense report which happened over and over again. Expected to buy own laptop, software and phone and pay for all charges when corporate employees get for free...all of this should be provided or able to be expensed. This is just a start...best advice to you is don't work for this company.

My phone number is 781-916-0110 and you call me 24 x 7, 365 days per year. There are many reviews from Contractors on this site so your comments are ignorant and plain wrong. As I have said in all of my responses, I cannot fix something if I don't know where it is coming from. Not one of the Contractors who have been on this Project where all of the bad reviews are coming from, have called me to discuss. It is easy to hide and throw stones and for all I know, these comments are from our competition. I say this because your comments about our recruiters are bordering on being Libel. In addition, we have polled all 70 Consultants that are on this project and only 10% of them had negative things to say. Once again, we cannot control how or when the Client implements the projects. All of the negative comments on this site stem from one project that is being done at one Client. So for those who are reading these complaints, please take it with a grain of salt. We will not be responding to anymore negative reviews that are out and out lies and that stem from this one particular Client Project. I would be happy to discuss with any Consultant who is experiencing an issue with their recruiters or an issue on the project itself. We will do everything in our power to correct these issues. However, unless you call us to discuss the situation, we cannot fix it.

Pros

ClearBridge negotiated a decent salary for my contracting position, and stayed in touch every step of the way. Their healthcare for a contract employee is some of the best I have ever seen.

Cons

ClearBridge utilized underhanded tactics in order to get me to work at a contract. They described the job a certain way (which it turned out not to be) and were extremely pushy to make me accept the position. The position was not a good fit for me. Their pushy tactics have turned off many people from taking contracting positions. Excessive phone calls make it even worse.
