Highly collaborative environment with several great people to work with who are bright and amiable

Cons

Was once a company with integrity and a noble vision. The company lost its soul when it put profits and sales above its clients and employee base. Communication is extremely poor between the decision makers and the frontline workers. All non-management employees are dispensable and subject to abrupt changes and thrashing due to the whims of the management class. Extremely top heavy where there are way more managers and talkers rather than designers and builders.

Solid technology and compensation is pretty good.

Cons

They have a new strategy every day, the communication from Management is subpar, the office space isn't conducive to productivity, the culture is schizophrenic (they want/try to be fun & relaxed but they're actually kind of insane), they hire and fire a lot for such a small and young company, they are struggling financially yet they fly all over the country for meetings that could take place online, there is a fair amount of in-fighting, and they have way too many meaningless meetings.
