- I've spent a lot of time researching cult behavior and this place genuinely matches that description. - The company runs on fear, intimidation, and enforced silence because people are terrified of becoming targets. - Leadership turned the entire office into a hostile, tense, and emotionally exhausting environment. - Managers regularly spoke to employees with disrespect and blew up over the smallest issues. - Nobody ever looked comfortable or relaxed whenever management entered the room. - Employees were publicly embarrassed over mistakes that should have been handled professionally and privately. - It is hard to produce quality work in an environment built on fear and manipulation. - I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy workplace. - I truly wish I had seen reviews like this before accepting a job at Clearstep.
