      Pros

      The office runs like a small family works together. Everyone cares for each other and helps out when someone is in need. Leadership takes a hands off approach and trusts us to do things the right way.

      Pros

      Best work / life balance. Open door policy. You don't have to worry about someone looking over your shoulder and micromanaging you. Great benefits. Employees are fantastic. All around can't think of anything negative about working here.

      Cons

      Not a con but need to be self-sufficient. Not a job for someone who needs hand holding.
