      Pros

      Recruiters do a good job hiring professional and easy-going people which quickly find their feet and join processes. The truth is the company is very ambitious in terms of employee loyalty, they are working on proving us with cool perks and improving a social package.

      It has a lot of local competitors which try to hunt the greatest employers.
