As aforementioned in so many reviews, there is a plague in this company and it starts with the CEO and works its way down to the Chief of Operations or whatever title this scandalous woman has given herself to make a quick buck and run a potentially decent company into the ground. People are being let-go left and right due to very poor sales and business management. So much money is spent on "retreats" and alcohol when it should be spent on training, employee growth and providing their clients and workforce what they promised. They forgot one of the key foundations to running a business.... Word of mouth advertisement. You can only screw so many businesses and shut the doors of so many Therapists before word gets around that your product and business model is complete trash. I have heard so many times... "That if a client leaves, we have 3 more in the pipeline". I think that pipeline has run dry. So many have profited on the backs of their employees working weekends and 60 + hour weeks and screwing their clients. It's just a sophisticated Ponzi Scheme disguised as a software company. They have been promising "game breaking roll-outs" for years and the only thing that's game breaking, are some of the E-Staffs bank accounts. 90% of the E-Staff are not from Portland. They don't plan on staying or living in Portland so, what other reason to show up then to get rich while you still can. It's atrocious and if you are strong enough and have the financial means to not get wrapped up in the facade, you walk out. I feel terrible for Jerry and Herb because I can assure you, this was not their vision. The current vision is greed, dishonesty, backstabbing and it all stems from the CEO and Chief of Operations. It's like watching two thieves fight over an old lady's purse and they're both smiling while doing it.

* Problems with Chief People and Process Officer: 1) She's a liar, manipulative, two faced, and too involved with what the company does. She shouldn't have as much power as she does and it's her fault that people are ever unhappy working here. 2) She refuses to let people work from home yet it's okay for her to when she wants. 3) Don't expect to grow much within this company...if you're good at one role then she will give a ridiculous reason on why you can't take on a new position when it becomes available or why you didn't even get a chance to interview for it. *Health benefits are okay but not worth the price you have to pay for them. *Parking or transportation reimbursement is only $100 a month and the parking garage downstairs is always full. If you drive then you're forced to park across the street where it's $14 a day so $100 reimbursement isn't even half what you pay just to go to work.
