Pros
Their benefit package is overall very good, if you stay there long enough. They also pay for parking.
Cons
Physical altercations, for one, that go unanswered by HR and direct management. You will be talked down to, or be treated like a complete imbecile by at least one member of senior management... and you'll be expected to like it, smile and nod, agreeing to your ineptness. Bonuses... what bonuses?
