Business outlook
Pros
- attractive salary - some flexibility (depends on manager) - fun work events, but only once every 3/4 months (they cancel them the night before without warning)
Cons
- horrible management. They hire their investors to be managers and not people who are actually apt for the position. - illegal hiring/firing in short time periods. Lack of care for employees, failing business strategy - they lie about having food there (when I started I thought I'd never have to bring lunch!), and the food they sell tastes horrible - they hire abusive/dangerous people, sexual harassement is rampant, the CEO doesn't care unless threatened with legal action - HR completely incompetent, they don't work at all (outside of Marianne)
