Cons

Rotational shifts based in performance. If you get sick, performance will go down and you get the not so great shifts. Training process is a mix of self-study and a couple of Q&A sessions.

Cons

there are moments where things move at their own pace and not necessarily yours. You might have an idea, see an opportunity, or want to push something forward — and the path to making it happen has more steps than you'd expect. It's nobody's fault really, it's just the nature of size and structure. You learn to work with it over time.
