Pros

CloudBlue is a complex and varied place to work, but that is it’s strength. CloudBlue’s technology is genuinely the new standard in Enterprise subscription Management which means that as a developer, TAM or Account Manager, or any other role, you are supporting household names across a huge variety of potential use cases and challenges be it SaaS, IOT, Managed Services, Marketing Automations etc. If you want to work with a great team and really stretch yourself, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Complexity always brings challenges, but improving every day.

Pros

you might meet some nice people, decent view from the Barcelona office.

Cons

Ego. My god, ego's! Never in my life have i come across so many silo's that are literally at war against each other in an organisation. Everybody thinks they know what's best, and so full of their own self-importance, throwing each other under the bus just to get ahead. Not sure they ever asked the customers, or heaven forbid somebody tried a short term strategy. 50 emails a day about various updates, bugs etc, every customer operating on their own version. No documentation, no process, and waffle about data driven decisions when everybody knew the data was bull. 1 day some big shots from the sister company came in & fired lots of people, waffled on about how we should move forward and here's some new and shinny toy that nobody could explain. 6 months later and after solid reassurances from senior leaders, another 100 or so were sacked. They didn't even give people the dignity of fair warning to say goodbye, handover work etc.
