Pros

A good base to the technology and an acceptable approach (not market leading) to work/life balance. Some good people stuck in roles they can't grow from.

Cons

The growth was once great but has now flatlined for 3 years. The business has reached a plateau and needs new senior leadership from outside to grow to the next level, but there's too much arrogance and fear of losing control to do anything about it. The exec team is run like an Israeli old boys club with WAY too much power in the hands of one person with little knowledge outside of his field. Decision-making is painfully slow for fear of missing out by getting it wrong. Investment in brand awareness is zero and marketing investment is scrutinized so heavily that most now shy away from even requesting $$'s to spend! In the meantime, the competition has raced ahead and the core capabilities of the platform have been commoditized. If you're an Israeli, you have a great chance to grow your career. If you're not, forget it.

Pros

People - very smart and helpful people to work with. Work - great product, company is constantly trying to innovate and bring new products. There is a lot of work to do so you can get very busy but managers are supportive if people want to schedule some family time during the week. Benefits - in 2021 there was a massive improvement in benefits package for the UK. Includes additional holidays, private medical and many other benefits.

Cons

Product - there are really many priorities and because of that improving some parts of product takes a long time. Company is hiring massively so hopefully this will be addressed soon. Communication - sometimes there is a lack of written communication from top to bottom - if you miss slack message you might never find out. In 2020 when the first lockdown started weekly Town hall meetings were scheduled. It is a really good source of information about what is going on in the whole company.
