Everyone brings their best to the workplace and is ambitious about scaling the company. - Flexible workplace: You choose how you want to work in a way that makes you most productive - be it location, timings, or vacations. The team is very flexible and inclusive in making sure that everyone feels like a part of the conversation. - Climate-nerds: The team is made of people who are fully committed to climate and want to focus on the doing the right thing at all times.

You have to define your role yourself: While this can be a good thing, it also means different people may sometimes be working on overlapping ideas.

The people I work with at Cloverly are talented, thoughtful, experienced, and kind. We get things done, we have fun, we respect each other’s culture, time, and humanity, we encourage hobbies… all while working together on a concrete and motivating mission. There’s a real feeling of psychological safety, where I feel like I can bring my whole self to work while also having healthy boundaries in place. And I get to learn from and grow with a kickass team of technologists, scientists, makers, doers, and just genuinely good people.

Cons

We’re hiring and need more diverse folks working here! We’ve got a good group already, and I know our recruiters are actively looking for folks from underrepresented groups to join our engineering team.
