Pros
None, I could not see how this business was viable, both in terms of the product, and the way it was run.
Cons
Changed both my role and my benefits without telling me, prior to me starting. Did not read the induction pack my manager had given me, then told me off for following the guidelines regarding flexibility in there. Did not seem to care that myself and my manager were putting in lots of extra hours. There was a veneer of good communication but essentially it was poor. I left as I was very concerned about the ethics of some tasks I was asked to perform.
