      Good technical exposure at fresher level

      Cons

      - Poor infrastructure - Bad management - Poor & Worst HR policies. You will not see anything in favour of employees. - Long working hours without breaks (Excluding Lunch) - No value of long term relationships. Management has fired one colleague who was working in Codal since last 3 years without reason. - Brainless managers will bark on you even in a group meeting. - Job security is a serious concern - Management (Brainless Robots) people are not going to be changed. Note: All positive feedback are submitted by the management

      You will only find pros if you are ready to anything which your manager or company will say and you must need to do any how

      Cons

      - Too Much politics - They can fire you if they think you are independent - If you will say the truth in discussion you will be fired - Danny , mamta, manish, binoy are the king of the Politics and they can play any level and get down thier charactor any level of down. - Even when you will get the offer , Managment will tell I will discuss with my wife because he is not capable enogh to take any dicision

      Pros

      Nothing to appreciate. They gave fake promises.. but nothing worked as per they said. salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities. Nothing was followed legally. complete cheating management.

      Cons

      Nobody followed professional ethics. HR is more important to them than their employees. They have fired a lot of good employees already. literally harassment on employees, no respect, no values, a irresponsible leadership, the CEO spent much time on parties than working in the company.
