      Pros

      The most lovely management that makes you feel cared for and supported. Doing this job is very enjoyable and rewarding! The children that join the camps are really nice.

      Cons

      If you don’t have a car you may have fewer options on work locations, but lifts are organised.

      Pros

      Your work schedule works around you and your life, they are extremely adaptable to any events which may arise in your life and you feel a part of a family. They will cover expenses you incur whilst working in their camps and will ensure you are not overloaded with work.

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes lack and there is quite an unclear hierarchy which can lead to confusion.
