· People are friendly and easy to get around. · I was able to build design teams where I saw fit. · My design was well-respected and people activelygave feedbacks.
Cons
· There was little design communication process prepared within the team. · Being an only designer, I had to handle multiple internal projects at once (, which in my case was quite positive)
