      - Flexible work hours - Flexible locations (literally work from anywhere you like) - Opportunity to grow - lot of trust in their team and staff

      Cons

      - technical team has a god complex and is undisciplined at times - sales team relies on the top management for the smallest of decisions, sales team doesnt take accountability (very senior and lazy people)
