Coeo believes in its staff, and wants to see them thrive. Staff are professional, knowledgeable, intelligent and friendly, and are always willing to help.

    Cons

Very steep learning curve, but there's lots of support to complement this.

I have been working at Coeo full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The friendliest company I've ever worked in! You're encouraged to use your initiative, have your own views and learn new skills - it's been a breath of fresh air.

    Cons

No major cons! If you twisted my arm, I'd say that lots of people work remotely, so it takes a bit of time to get to meet everyone. (Equally, it's easier to remember names and there's a lot of tools and events in place to bring everyone together.)

I have been working at Coeo part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

At Coeo you get back what you give (and more), so unlike many companies. If you need something you just have to ask; there is plenty of learning opportunities and managers and colleagues are always willing to help both professionally and personally.

    Cons

Sometimes it can be a little too busy and you can get stretched beyond what you though you could achieve technically. I kind of like that though!

    Coeo Response

    April 11, 2018CEO

Thank you for the honest feedback, it's always healthy for us to reflect on where we could do better. Being a Coeo consultant is a challenging role and we work hard to try and find the right balance for everyone in the team by investing in personal development opportunities, optimizing travel requirements, and working remotely from the customer whenever possible. The variety and dynamic nature of the consultant role will always be countered by the need to respond to customer demand during busy periods and I'm sorry that we weren't able to find the right balance for you but I wish you well in your new role.

I worked at Coeo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Coeo is a great place to work. It provides work that is challenging, but achievable in the timescales. A supportive network of very capable colleagues is always at hand to help if required. There's a great emphasis on personal development, and for those prepared to put the work in, the sky really is the limit here. There's a good social scene, the Christmas Party and Summer BBQ are great events for partners and families.

    Cons

As a travelling consultant achieving a work/life balance can be a challenge depending on your personal location. Whilst Coeo do their best to help in this regard it is a challenge that all consultancy/professional services firms struggle with.

I have been working at Coeo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great people who are fun to work with and specialise with too. Lots and lots of support both personally and professionally. What you put into Coeo they give back, there's also plenty of opportunity to grow and they let you carve your own path. The business focuses on your strengths rather than your weaknesses.

    Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to find enough time in the day to get everything done.

I have been working at Coeo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You never stop learning here. Everyone agrees you're on a journey and when you look at those who are leaving, they have made huge progress in their professional development.

    Cons

It can be a bit disconnected as the Sales team seem to lead the Company but forget to pass on what they're up to with everyone else
