Pros
Friendly, curious, ambitious group of people. Collaborating very effectively and empathically to solve interesting problems. Good day-to-day patterns, support, coffee and (most importantly) cake.
Cons
Hard to think of. If you were less interested in their core client's material (museums, galleries, archives and so on) you might find the work more challenging and harder to get enthusiastic about.

Pros
Flexible, happy, supportive culture with help to grow. You can learn anything you like from dedicated weekly training time. Great projects and it provided me good learning exposure.
Cons
Salaries can be more competitive.

Pros
Great culture and team, no blame culture. Self training weekly time, conferences and some travel.
Cons
Salaries can be more competitive. I don't think there are any other cons as they are completely flexible since after Covid.

Pros
Clients are super-interesting, you get to work on projects for clients that do good things in the world. It's not just marketing campaigns or quick builds but long-lasting, quality work for clients all over the world. Colleagues are exceptionally talented and really trust and help one another out. Every company claims their culture is great, Cogapp's culture is actually great, it's fun and professional, a great place to learn continuously from junior developer through more senior roles.
Cons
You're always learning at Cogapp so if you are the sort of dev who wants to stick to that one technology that you love dearly then unless you're prepared to branch out Cogapp probably isn't the best fit.

Pros
The environment is super supportive, in terms of career growth, personal growth, and even making mistakes. The content we work with is interesting and the clients are nice too. The projects aren't motivated by money, but by doing something good, which I find fulfilling. Our work is a bit of a niche, but it's amazing to be working with the people at the very cutting edge and top of the digital for museums and galleries field.
Cons
Sometimes we're really busy, but it's not all day every day.
