Pros

The team is very small, but everyone ships to production very quickly. There's a lot of opportunity to learn. People are open to feedback and trying different things. The team is mostly remote and everyone works at their own time.

Cons

The team is very small and crypto is a 24x7 market. Sometimes issues occur late at night and needs attention.

- Some colleagues are nice and watch your back, just those who are close to you.

Cons

- NO training - Package overall not competitive compared to workload - Insane workload and poor worklife balance: give me alot of work is ok. When you try to pretend it's not alot of work and make me feel guilty for not being fast enough, that's when the problem appears. - Office politics: the company tries to look like it's very fun and good environment but you will notice some people will keep impotant things to themselves.

- Culture: They emphasize a lot on culture but action shows otherwise - Certain managers can be toxic and still rewarded for it - Too much time spent on measuring performance while we should be focusing on delivering great quality work
