- Competitive salary - Modern technology stack - Smart people
Cons
- Colleague unresponsive to work related requests and access (could take days to weeks to get access and review of pull requests) - When meeting invite is send to colleague and some colleagues, colleague accepts meeting invite but does not attend meeting, had to wait 10-15 mins but no response - Not the slightest idea of on-boarding engineers, some engineers could spend 1-3 months not knowing which product/engineering team they are being assigned - Directionless and no structure in engineering career and work - I don't see or feel any action after submitting internal feedback survey on the company - Not remote or work from home friendly environment
