- This is the largest crypto site in the world - Your work may impact users

There are some incompetent individuals on the management team. - The CEO has no strategy, no spine, and cannot make up his mind. A lot of resources are wasted on initiatives that go nowhere. It boggles the mind that someone so cognitively impaired was able to get into Stanford. - The 'acting' CMO based in Hong Kong is the biggest joke and unqualified to do any job, How did someone with such atrocious grammar get handed the reins to manage the social account of an international brand? Check out some of the tweets - It's such an embarrassment. Apart from being clueless on marketing (and crypto in general), he runs his team like a communist dictator and makes female employees cry. CMC = CMCCP.

- WLB - Not many emergency events - Large-scale system experience - Opportunity to transfer to the Binance department (much more challenging)
