Pros
Colchis is a father/son team and very smart. Unfortunately you should be prepared for them using their smarts against you.
Cons
In my case they re-traded an agreement we had, at much less favorable terms to the employee. You should not consider that an agreement with this group will result in fulfillment of their representations.
