Pros
Great culture and benefits. - Great support from team leader and peers. - Work from home - Work oversea. - Great benefits (reimburse travelling to and from work, company holidays) - Fun culture - Flexible hours - Fun environments - Company willing to retrain you if necessary - Trusting their employees Overall very friendly environment to work.
Cons
There is a limit in being a technical consultant (developer) within the company. It is a very comfortable environment to work in, but sooner or later as a technical consultant you need to make a choice, either leave the company to improve your developer skills or transition to a business consultant (which the company is willing to retrain you). What I'm saying is there is limited career progression in being a technical consultant (developer) at the company.
