      Pros

      Nice group of people located in downtown Oakland. Nice new office as well. Good lunch options all around the neighborhood.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the ceo is a horrible leader who lacks honesty because he wants to sugar coat everything and needs everyone to like him. Clueless ceo with no leadership experience or talent.

      Fantastic team of very entrepreneurial and smart people. Great culture and collegiate atmosphere. About my role; its been a huge growth opportunity. Very well-organized team with good training and support. Fun and challenging to be part of creating a new category (IoT) within the corporate real estate world.

      Cons

      The flip side of selling a new solution (with no real competitors) into an old-school industry is that you have to overcome a lot of skepticism from change-average people. With enterprise sales you have to convince multiple stakeholders which means you'll likely encounter a strong objector. Once we make the sale and show initial results though, it gets a lot easier.
