Grateful doesn’t quite cover it, but I’ll try.

Pros

I genuinely love working at Commit Consulting. The people here set a high bar, not just for technical excellence, but for how we show up for our clients and for each other. There is a real sense of ownership, trust, and accountability that makes the work meaningful and the wins shared. What stands out most is the culture. We challenge each other to be better, we take action instead of waiting, and we care deeply about doing the right thing for our clients and our teammates. That combination of high standards and compassion are rare, and it is something I am proud to be part of every day. Feeling lucky to work alongside such an incredible group of people and excited for what we continue to build together.

Cons

I genuinely don't have any cons with regards to working at Commit.

Pros

Commit has built a team of extremely talented consultants and maintains a culture that values both strong client outcomes and collaboration among team members. Management does a good job recognizing individual contributions through regular shout-outs and maintaining a clear pay-for-performance culture. Although many employees work remotely and are not based in the Dallas headquarters, the company creates opportunities to connect in person through Practice Area Summits and All Hands meetings, which helps maintain a strong sense of team. Commit has continued investing in scaling the business by implementing better systems and creating new operational roles. The sales team is made up largely of former consultants, which helps them understand the operational side of the business and the importance of delivering strong client outcomes. Operations team members also have opportunities to be compensated for participating in sales pursuits, which is something not all consulting firms offer. The company was recently recognized as Workday Partner of the Year, which reflects the quality of the team and the impact of the work being delivered. Commit is also investing in AI capabilities and positioning itself to help clients navigate AI within their Workday environments and broader digital strategy.

Cons

Commit’s work is primarily focused on Phase X and AMS engagements. Expanding further into full initial deployments could create additional career growth opportunities for consultants and broaden the types of projects the firm delivers.
