An amazing team to work in where everyone is valued and supported equally. No question is too stupid and everyone from CEO to Intern genuinely cares about you and your career. Work is engaging and responsibility is given based on ability and commitment rather than just time spent there or previous experience. Leadership can’t be faulted and despite the friendly environment, everyone is still pushed to reach their full potential.

I haven’t been at CA for long but straightaway you’re made to feel so welcome. It’s a tight team and everyone helps each other out. Professional, hard working with a sense of humour. We have a team meeting every morning to discuss the day ahead so lines of communication are open and you’re always fully supported. The company has proven itself to be resilient throughout COVID and thanks to a robust IT system, working from home hasn’t been a problem. We have a strong leader in Jakob and he and Claire, our COO, work brilliantly together. Thumbs firmly up!
