Pros

A great cause...the main reason for this organization is amazing and they do great things for the patients and their families. A blessing for sure.

Cons

The company does not realize what their employees really mean or do for the company. Not just the top dogs but down to the very bottom of the a totem pole. They take for granted the staff and only look after themselves and people are afraid to speak up. They keep their mouths shut and rightfully so...because they're sneaky and they will come for you and they will use any wrong to take you out...I mean you can forget to flush and they'll take you down cause of that if need be. And they're liars...They worst kind of liar...the kind who lie so much they believe their lies. Don't get me wrong the organization is great but some of the higher up staff needs to go or be held accountable...before a lawsuit comes up.

Pros

Helping people at a very vulnerable time in their life journey. When allowed to care for patients in a holistic manner, everyone wins.

Cons

No vision and without a vision the people perish. The employees are driven largely by fear which is supplanting one of the core values of compassion. Fear is a major theme which permeates the organization starting at the top. Nursing turnover is through the roof.

Pros

The best part of this position was meeting wonderful patients and families. Some employees were so awesome to work with! The deli has great food but I just heard from a current employee that the deli is closed for good.

Cons

They are not flexible with your schedule. Managers micromanage you. Your driving allot and they have no company cars. They are always short staffed and you have to take supplies to your patients every 2 weeks or more often if they need it and it’s multiple heavy bags!!! Pay is very low! Some Managers are very rude! Also if your going to school this is not the place to go to they make it clear to you that they will not give you flexibility to go to school. You must work your full time schedule Mon-Friday and they tell you that you only work 1 or 2 weekends a month! But that’s not true I worked at least 3 or 4 weekends and I was full time!
