Great people and good benefits. Really worked to helped disenfranchised and forgotten members of the local community.

Cons

Beureaucratic at times which lead to a insular disconnect between departments and within. Massive downsize after regional takeover by for profit healthcare organization.

Good training opportunities. Some of the better benefits I have seen. Willing to be flexible with work schedule to a point.

Cons

Communication could be better. Information doesn't always make it to the person actually doing the work. Upper management micromanages. Company to reactive not very proactive.
