CEO vision is ambitious Decent salary for a mindless job

Cons

CEO places little to zero value in broader group of employees. As was seen in the way they dealt with layoffs during COVID. Lower level leadership is hit or miss, some are clueless Fake culture. At least while it was remote. Lower level leadership talk about their direct reports behind their backs amongst themselves. Be better, say it upfront and if your employees are coachable they will produce better results Zero growth opportunities and managers do not care about personal development.

Some great people to work with.

Cons

Upper Management is awful, do not let employees do what they do best. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Management expects miracles but refuses to allow workers to work overtime
