      - Good salary - exciting industry - autonomy to work where you want - good opportunities for those that take them

      Cons

      - lots of exciting ideas being worked on in parallel sometimes gets confusing - still growing pains, process immaturity etc

      Pros

      Im working in the r&d team from end of September 2024. From the beginning I felt really uplifted by the atmosphere. Working exclusively with Senior professionals gives a general trust. Also there is a lot of space to express your thought that you can channel it into research initiatives that you have the opportunity to pitch. Good benefits and flexible working culture.

      Bit of a slow start at the beginning.

      - Exposure is great - you'll learn more in six months here than two years at a bigger company and your output is valued. - Smaller, high-calibre team where every person has real impact - Founding team combines deep technical vision with serious commercial execution - Strong culture of ownership - people are enabled to own their lane

      Cons

      - Still building some processes, which means you need to be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity as this continues to build out, but progress continues to be made
