The owner of this spa is so money hungry that she puts her own greed above both customers and employees. The goal of each day is to get every customer to spend more than they came in for, and get them to buy products. Bare minimum rewards for good work or hitting goals. You don’t get to leave if you don’t have anything scheduled. Communication is terrible. Pay is very low, below average for industry. Employees are a number, no respect for our time and money. Employees never stay very long and everyone complains, it’s a very negative atmosphere.

You reach your ceiling pretty quickly, most bonus opportunities are nearly impossible to attain, owner seems to care more about the extra $ in her bank account than her employees trying to make a living wage, completely disfunctional office and barely functioning front desk, you have to do everyone job for them up front because it’s easier to make seasoned employees do more work than properly train the front/office, way too much commission earned is given to owner, offers health insurance-BUT the insurance costs as much as your paycheck so it’s not even possible to use, A LOT of turnover from new employees and starting to see long term employees running for the hills
