- everyone is approachable at all levels and all departments work well together and support each other. - Fantastic coaching culture, managers invest heavily in your development, and are happy to share their own experiences and techniques to support you in their role. -Friendly management team who are happy to have a laugh, as long as you work hard. - Excellent work/ life balance -Great team culture, everyone supports everyone, a very rare thing to have in a sales environment. -Theres always cake, as people bring in cake on their birthday and there is 300 or so people in the business. - Great selection of fruit juice in the office. -MD is highly approachable and really respects everyone on an individual level regardless of position. This helps to create a strong leadership culture as you want to work even harder to impress, as they genuinely support your success and this is felt. - Great collaboration between departments making it easy to assure customers of the world class customer service that Compusofts provides. - Excellent premises to work in, with plenty of rooms to prospect in. - The bin game, tea rounds.
