      - Super innovative, tech-forward company that loves experimenting (responsibly) - A platform that’s genuinely worth supporting — easy to market and believe in - Leadership is transparent, smart, and easy to trust - Team of hardworking, motivated people — everyone’s approachable - No corporate nonsense, things move fast and ideas matter - Fully remote, but cool opportunities to travel for conferences

      Cons

      - No benefits yet (they’re planned to start Jan 1, 2026) - Best for self-starters who thrive independently - this is not necessarily a con, just know there's not a lot of hand-holding - Remote setup means less in-person hangouts

      Pros

      The people, the customers, the broad range of responsibilities and initiatives, the flexibility, and the dedication across teams to our collective mission. Executive team is also very accessible and makes the org feel like a flat hierarchy.

      Cons

      Fast paced and ambiguous environment as is typical with start-ups. More of a pro for me though.
