      ConCntric is a forward thinking startup. They hire intelligent people and trust their experience. They want you to have opinions, drive innovation, and always push forward.

      Cons

      They are fast paced so you have to want to learn and keep learning. If you're looking for a job you can master and coast this is not that.

      - Super innovative, tech-forward company that loves experimenting (responsibly) - A platform that’s genuinely worth supporting — easy to market and believe in - Leadership is transparent, smart, and easy to trust - Team of hardworking, motivated people — everyone’s approachable - No corporate nonsense, things move fast and ideas matter - Fully remote, but cool opportunities to travel for conferences

      Cons

      - No benefits yet (they’re planned to start Jan 1, 2026) - Best for self-starters who thrive independently - this is not necessarily a con, just know there's not a lot of hand-holding - Remote setup means less in-person hangouts
