1) Nice Clean Spacious offices 2) Monthly Cup Cakes 3) Fake Golden Bananas and unpainted shovels 4) Immediate progression if you are more political and can speak anything throughout the day. No need for any professional skills 5) Clear separation between teams. People who are required to remain in the company goes to Group and people who are no required goes to EMEA. Again your level of political knowledge and buttering habits can decide where you land. Again professional skills are not counted in this
Cons
1) No Career Progression,training or development. The motto of the company is empowering change but there is no empowerment and change is only when you leave Condeco. 2) Company has no desire for new technology. 3) Frequent Management changes & weak and in-competitive management. Management is good in talking but implementation level is nil. 4) Special mention of CTO who is not only technically illiterate, but possess unprofessional behaviour, rude and lacks etiquette to its best. A role model of a person that MUST not be hired by a progressive company . He can be a very good hire for stagnant or failing companies looking for making employees legally leave the company and he can be very helpful in that.
