Pros
None, so I have a very hard time listing any.
Cons
Some of the executives (currently still working at CA) never understood that leadership is about developing people, always talked down to certain employees that didn’t “fit in their box,” tried to catch people doing something wrong even if they were just doing their job, applied as many rules as they could, no input in terms of the standards and have tremendous turnover. Two female employees who have worked here for years are the main cause for the high turnover.
