Pros
Some people are very nice Office social events can be good
Cons
Extreme lack of communication across the company, employees are not told of changes going on in the business No clear structure, in the rare case there are written procedures they are almost never followed and management is biased to their favourites Culture can be very negative, employees do not feel valued and managers don’t seem to be trained on how to treat their staff Pay is not very competitive Nasty comments around the office and people talking about others behind their backs Many colleagues have been forced to leave due to not being allowed flexibility and not being paid adequately or due to disagreements with management. I would recommend finding a company that knows how to treat staff properly, so at least you are being paid well and looked after - you probably won’t get that here.
