      COVID was a shambles

      Job was enjoyable and lots of opportunities to progress

      Cons

      No support for staff during covid pandemic. Managers all on furlough leaving support workers to run everything singlehandedly.

      Pros

      They have a big vision, flexibility to work remotely (only some people got this benefit) but the only reason people work from home is get away from the negativity.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, work environment has become toxic, senior leadership appears to hate their jobs, was once a thriving and flourishing communications company and now it's dying and sad, high pressure with no rewards, only reason the company stays afloat is because of the relationships the top two in charge have but even those contracts tend to end due to bad account management and lack of results, severly understaffed
