Pros

None at All! Deadlines tighter than a drum, but the bosses take all the credit-what a joke!

Cons

They pile on the assignments faster than concrete in a foundation, expecting you to cover multiple construction sites in a single day without breaking a sweat. And forget about work-life balance, it's non-existent. You're chained to your phone, expected to be on call 24/7 like some kind of construction news robot.

Pros

You might learn to run your home on a tight budget as the pay will be poor at this company.

Cons

The pay they offer is ridiculous. The leadership is going to extreme lengths to save money, and it's outsourcing the work to India. It is a terrible approach that won't help anyone. And yes, the arrogant and fake management doesn't believe in giving raises to people. So, you will work on the same pay for years if you stick that long. I didn't!
