Pros
-Solving interesting tech challenges in 3D vision/AI and software dev -Opportunities to work on different project across AI and SW, you're not stuck in one area -CEO/CTOs' door is open 24/7 and really looking after one's development and help out if needed -Team works well together / fun to hang out with (games night!) -Product is really making a difference, love to think my work reduces global emissions and help say hospitals be built faster :-)
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but it's an earlystage startup with a lot of customer demand so not a 9-5 big corporate gig where you are stuck in a process hierarchy.
