Pros

Great pay Great Benefits Unlimited PTO Remote option

Cons

First, the management needs to recognize all their employees NOT just favorite people. I have observed during the Coffee Chat that same management People gets kudos and felt like folks that are working extremely hard to meet the deadlines for the projects got un-noticed. I felt like the acquisition of the companies were very poorly executed. Jobs titles that you have is not very well defined, perhaps not one knows who to reach if issues arise. Even with the direct managers he/she wasn’t sure who and how to escalates our concerns. Growth development is so limited or perhaps none. During the coffee chat I felt like management is heavily focused on the right but yet others not being recognized.

Pros

- Remote work - Unlimited PTO - Pay, depending on position

Cons

- Overworked, under appreciated - Lack of diversity - Leadership (inexperienced, indecisive, tone-deaf, and fake) - Financially not stable (layoffs/terminations due to budgeting issues) - The Execs have favorites and they make it known in the "coffee chats". Most of the favorites are managers and the remaining 100+ employees are not recognized for the hard work they do.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. ContinuumCloud is growing quickly which has meant a lot of change. And with that type of change, we sometimes have speed bumps. We operate with transparency by sharing our financial health, goals, and strategies in our monthly company-wide Town Hall meetings. We’ve tripled in size over the last 12 months, and see amazing growth for 2022 and beyond. We’ve already added 22 new team members in 2022, with others planned. We are proud of the fact we have great female representation on our team, including 50% of the Executive Team, and 55% of the company as a whole. We’ve shared that continuing to increase our DE&I of all types and levels and improve employee recognition are important to us too. Our Culture Committee is hard at work, and partnering with the Exec Team so that we can improve. We are sorry this was your experience and that we didn’t know of your concerns, or have the opportunity to better address them while you were with us.

Pros

- Remote work - Flexible PTO

Cons

- No real company culture or sense of camaraderie / shared purpose. Amazing how quickly the fun, positive culture of the organization I was with dissolved post-acquisition by CC. - Very corporate. Companywide meetings and interactions with leadership often feel like SNL skits or parody of corporate life. Super cringey. - Outlook / Teams / Microsoft ecosystem which feels super subpar if you’re used to G-suite and Slack. - Leadership sees employees as "human capital"-- very dehumanizing. Felt a complete lack of care and support during a very traumatic acquisition experience. - Extremely pretentious leadership that loves to brag about travel. Completely un-relatable and not inspiring at all. Does not seem like they know what they are doing. - Very rare to hear anyone mention the customers— customer satisfaction, customer success, or serving clients in their goals. It’s always talk about bottom line, sales, expansion, increasing contract rates… super high pressure and absolute desperation vibe because sales aren't great. - They’ve acquired 3 companies so far with different softwares and try to manage them all exactly the same as a single unit. Makes things disjointed and you’re often in meetings with very little to do with you/ the product you’re working on.
