      Pros

      Not many pros at this company that I can think of, all cons. If you want to work for a good company with good management, then turn around and run in a different direction.

      Cons

      Terrible work life balance, toxic environment, micromanaging, not really Engineering relates, poor management, clicks in the organization, no room for improvement, terrible raises, the list goes on. I would run far away from this company as I could.

      A huge step.... backward in my career

      Pros

      There can only be a single pro to this job- the parking lot is close to the door so you can easily quit and escape this purgatory.

      Cons

      -Not real engineering, fake. Fake. Fake. -Boy's club atmosphere for all management and long time employees -More of a customer service role -Virtually no training, mostly on the fly and learn from mistakes. What a joke. -No autonomy. Expect to be micro-managed every step of the way.
