Pros

Since the separation from Western Union and the set up of Convera the company mindset has shifted towards growth and modernization - in my opinion much more appealing for and employee that's looking for personal growth opportunities and interesting projects to work on. Executives openly encourage a "don't be afraid to try and fail, as long as you learn from the failure" mentality.

Cons

Company moves quickly and priorities change on a regular basis - some people might be uncomfortable with it.

Pros

Working at Convera has been a truly rewarding experience. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where team members are genuinely valued. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there are real opportunities for profession growth through mentorship and ongoing learning. The compensation is competitive and there are thoughtful perks that make day to day work enjoyable. Overall its a great place to work where you both feel motivated and appreciated. I highly reccomend for anyone looking for a great place to grow their career.

Flexible working hours, but i believe this is being reviewed.
