Great Concept with digitalising, and image processing.

Cons

Never had a good time there. Every day was hell. No support along the way. They were not friendly to me.

Maybe the best reason to work in converga is when you don't know what is your plan in life. And all you want is just a money.

Cons

Downsides?Many to mention. But they had a "palakasan system". Your superior know the word PRIDE. too negative to say

If they hire you they will be training you as you go

Poor Management, tell you one thing and then do something completely different. Also, never seemed to be interested in their staff - did not care if staff left or stayed. They were only interested in pleasing the client, and the staff were treated like they were worthless.
