      - Really great place to continuously learn and develop. Strong feedback loops to improve your skills. - Solid team of high performers. - Founders are approachable and always trying to improve the culture, team and business. - Fun place to work that doesn't take itself too seriously

      - Challenges you to grow. Being a high growth business, it is a steep learning curve to get up to speed with methodologies and processes!

      Pros

      Conversionly is like a well oiled machine that is consistently tweaking and evolving. They have a high performance culture engrained in every division with a level of accountability that is unrivalled in any organisation I've been a part of. There are expectations for you to perform at a high level however with this expectation comes consistent training, development and support. A structure that definitely has a family feel and a place I would highly recommend if you're looking for growth, development and to become the best version of you! I only wish that my medical needs (Namely a serious upcoming operation) didn't put a temporary halt on this journey.
