      Pros

      Flexibility in working and managers and good.

      Cons

      You won't know when you can be chucked out without any notice. A lot of politics in top-level management and among the employees. They hire people at a high rate on the same rate they fire. In sales and Marketing, you don't have your say.

      Pros

      Multiple. The Management is a good mix of veterans and totally driven young individuals, hence making the place both fun as well as highly value driven. They mean business in the true essence of it. It is run like a a true business but at the same time employee values and satisfaction are not discounted to live that goal. They have been able to built cutting edge tech and have the advantage of being one of the only few companies providing the services they do. Fast paced and a tons of learning is what you should expect, right from the day you leave the training room, yes training's are taken seriously and you are let to course correct on the job as much.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a fancy schmancy place to work, you may have to wait a few months before they get there. But its on works. If you are up not up for a challenge, you may not like the place.
