If you can take the toxicity, you will make money. And remote work is a plus.

Cons

This is lala type company where everything is running on whims and fancies of management only. No proper check or control on anything. How they treat employees, who gets appreciation, who does not — all is depending on mood of that day. Specially the CEO. Working hours concept does not exist here. They give you salary and think they own your whole life. If you care for your mental peace then please do not join this place.
