- The workspace is manipulative, unappreciative and disorganised. - The management doesn't believe in appraisals, bonuses or retention at all. - The management has favourites and won't be looking beyond them even if you are willing to work to the best of your abilities. - You will have to work at odd timings and would be asked to deliver work with unreasonable deadlines. - If you are unwilling to bow down to their manipulations, the management will make sure demotivate you at every point, making you doubt your own abilities, making it evident that you are not included. - There is no room for professional growth here when half the employees are busy in boot-licking and half of them gossip behind their backs. - The toxic environment will get to you eventually, personally and professionally.

- Misleading and not truthful - You work ungodly amounts of hours on deadlines that never go anywhere. - They place people in management who are not qualified and have more days off than on and overwhelm and inconvenience you because they need a healthy work balance? - You will get "fired" by text or email then be asked to say goodbye to the team. - Upper management and owners only care about connected sources not seeing what's actually happening. - There is no organisation and the company uses "startup" as an excuse for basic office ethics that are not fulfillled. - They perform unethical tasks to gain partnerships or to appease investors then rush to ensure validity. - Lack of communication and management is condescending and demotivating. They preach great things however it's not true.
